I had a fabulous experience at the hotel! The room was exactly as booked, with 2 large six-foot beds, a lovely balcony, a beautiful bathroom, and even a fridge – excellent overall. However, the only downside was that the air conditioning was not working despite multiple attempts. The bedroom's air conditioning was fabulous though.

The staff was very kind to upgrade our stay to a superior apartment with a Jacuzzi bath – it looked amazing and was prepared well. However, I felt they seemed unaware of the parking availability and sometimes closed the gates unnecessarily.

The location was central, within walking distance of the pedestrian area and shops, ideal for exploring the area. Although not the most beautiful, I found it extensive, clean, and well-maintained.

The dining experience was lovely with a buffet in the dining room, especially being in such a central location. However, I felt the options were adequate but not extraordinary.

The facilities were great, offering various services like room service, car hire, and more. The value for money was reasonable.
